SCHOLARSHIP OFFERED BY THE MDTA

MDTA is proud to offer a scholarship program to the children of our Regular Members (Owner/Operators). Criteria for the scholarship includes the student's academic performance and potential, interest and desire to further education, character and citizenship as well as a parent being a Regular Member of MDTA or employed by an MDTA Regular Member for three years.

A debt of gratitude should be extended to the Scholarship Advertising Page Sponsors in the monthly newsletter. Without their participation, this program would never have succeeded. Please patronize and thank these members.

Starting in 2024, in addition to the scholastic scholarships above, up to four new CDL holders can be awarded $500 for a one-time scholarship. The new CDL holder must be sponsored by an MDTA active member and  has completed an approved training course and provides a copy of their CDL.  For an application, please click below.
